Terms of Service

These terms apply to 1mde-marketing.com, operated by MDevelopment Empire LLC, doing business as 1MDE ("1MDE", "we", "us"). By using the site, requesting a report or booking a call, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. What the site offers
- A free visibility report about your business, assembled from publicly available information (your Google Business Profile, reviews, search results, AI-assistant answers and your public website).
- A free 15-minute consultation call over Google Meet with a 1MDE specialist, at the time you pick.
- A 7-step guide prepared for your business and sent by email.
The report and the guide are free. There is no card, no account and no obligation. Any paid services are agreed separately, in writing, after the call.
2. The report is an estimate
The report and the figures in it (for example, "within reach" revenue estimates) are prepared automatically from public data and from the answers you give. They are estimates, not guarantees. Public data can be incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you act on it. We do not guarantee any ranking, number of calls or revenue.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about yourself and your business, and only for a business you own or are authorized to represent.
- Do not use the site to look up businesses you have no connection with, to scrape data, or to overload or interfere with the service.
- You are responsible for the phone number and email address you enter, and for being allowed to receive calls and messages on them.
4. Text messages (SMS terms)
Program. 1MDE appointment confirmations and reminders.
Consent. By entering your phone number on 1mde-marketing.com and ticking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from 1MDE about the report you requested and the call you booked. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency. A confirmation of your booking with the Google Meet link, one reminder about an hour before the call, and an update if the call is moved or cancelled. Normally up to 2 to 3 messages per booking. No marketing texts.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming the opt-out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Calls
By booking a call you agree that 1MDE may contact you by phone, email or text about that call and that report. Calls may be recorded for quality and training; we say so before the call starts. You can cancel or move the call from the link in your confirmation email, or by replying to it.
6. Our content
The site, its text, design and the report format belong to 1MDE. Your report is yours to use for your business. Do not resell or republish reports or guides as your own service.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The site and the free report are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1MDE is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the site, the report, the guide or the call. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may change these terms or stop offering the free service at any time. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes are announced on this page.
